If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier directly. Reach out to us within 48 hours if you still can't locate your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
